Staff accounts are a great way for companies that may have personnel that handles different functions throughout the company.

The first account that is created is the vendor account which is considered the vendor admin account. Given the roles above you can invite personnel to join your account on EzTimeRental as a staff account underneath your account. When the personnel accepts the invite you can then go to their account and assign them only the roles that they would need to perform their job.
Having staff accounts with user-level security is a way to minimize the chances of any mistakes or simply the limitation of viewing certain data.
