As orders come in there are times when you or your staff might need to add notes to a specific order. To do this:
- Login into your admin dashboard
- You will be on the “Manage Orders” screen
- Select the order that you would like to add a note on and click on the red “order” number.
- You are now taken into the orders detail section.
- From here you will see a “Notes” tab. click on it and from this screen, you can add any notes that you would like in reference to that booking.
- Once completed press save.
(Any notes that you place here are only visible to you or your staff.) the customer does not see this.
